Is He a Great Cuddler Because He’s Warm and Compassionate or Because He’s a Literal Merino Sheep?

There’s nothing better than having a warm, compassionate man to cuddle up next to on the couch or in bed. Exceptional cuddlers are especially hard to come by in our fast-paced, dog-eat-dog world. That’s why, when you’ve found a gentle, loving man who loves to cuddle, it’s important to ask yourself whether he might, in fact, literally be a merino sheep.

Read the tips below to find out if your boyfriend is a gentle cuddler or just a fluffy sheep!

1. He’s itchy. Does a few minutes of snuggling up next to your man cause your entire body to itch uncontrollably? If that’s the case, it’s probably due to the fact he’s covered in unshorn wool because he’s a merino sheep.

2. He makes barn noises in his sleep. While “baahhhs” and “mehhs” and other bleating noises would be cause for concern in a sleeping man, they are standard among sheep. If you find yourself waking up throughout the night to your man bleating, chances are he’s a sheep.

3. He forgets to buy gifts for your birthday. One would expect a sensible, loving man to remember his girlfriend’s birthday. However, sheep have a limited long term memory for holidays and no concept of time or money. If your man is constantly forgetting Valentine’s Day and your birthday, he might be a sheep.

4. He’s terrified of your pet Australian Shepherd. Most decent men love dogs. But herding dogs are the natural enemies of sheep. So don’t be surprised if your sheep boyfriend passively surrenders to your dog’s will in terror.
