PHILADELPHIA, Penn. – A local Starbucks is under fire after the manager asked two black coffees to leave when no customers would drink them.

The two coffees, one tall and one grande, were sitting on a table alone when an employee noticed them.

“They were just sitting there making all the lattes nervous,” the barista said. “I couldn’t just let them get away with that. So I did what anyone would; I called the police.”

Police soon arrived and put the cups in cup holders, according to reports. Several witnesses pulled out their iPhones to record the incident, with one video going viral.

“This never would happen to a white mocha caramel frappe,” Shaun King posted on Twitter. “It’s always us plain black Joes getting beat down by the system!”

At press time it was reported that Starbucks was closing 8,000 stores on May 29 so they can train employees on how to sell plain, non-rainbow-flavored coffee.
